Most orders ship within 1–2 business days from the USA and arrive in 3–6 business days. Orders over $40 ship free; under that it's a flat $6.95.

You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange items in like-new, original condition — with everything that came in the box. Exchanges carry no restocking fee; refund returns carry a 10% restocking fee. You cover the return postage — after approval you can buy a prepaid, tracked label right from your email, or ship with any tracked carrier. Full details on the returns page.

Message us with your order number and a photo or short description of the problem and we'll make it right — if we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged or defective, shipping is on us both ways.

A mechanical switch registers a keypress at a fixed point in its travel. A magnetic (hall-effect) switch reads the key's position with a sensor, so the actuation point can be adjusted — and with rapid trigger, a key resets the moment it starts to rise instead of waiting for a fixed reset point. You'll get tracking by email as soon as your order ships, or you can check anytime on the Track Order page with your order number.

Unplug first. Blow crumbs out of the keyboard with compressed air and wipe the keycaps with a barely damp cloth; wipe the mouse with a lightly dampened microfiber cloth — never spray liquid onto or into it. Most cloth mousepads can be hand-washed in lukewarm water with mild soap and left to air-dry flat (skip that for anything with built-in electronics, like RGB). Full walkthrough in our care guide.

Yes — payments are processed by Stripe over an encrypted (SSL) connection. We never see or store your full card number.

We ship from the USA. Most orders go out in 1–2 business days. US shipping is free over $40; for international or Canadian orders, contact us and we'll sort out the best option. One exception: we're not able to ship to California, so orders to a California address can't be accepted.
